Shiflet Family return from Russia

Please check out their blog of thanksgiving http://www.shifletfamilyadoption.blogspot.com/. They just arrived with their two precious children Andrew and Kathlena. We got to know Gina and David two years ago. They hosted a summer home group through our church and David led us through Colossians. I was so drawn to them because of their faithfulness to the Lord. They live God's Word. We were blessed again to visit with them last summer and they both shared the beginning of their adoption process and we got to pray with them. They also shared the vision the Lord has for them concerning generational legacy. From that meeting, Albert and I sought the Lord for a mission statement for our family. Their mentoring continues with the home school journey the Lord has called us to. I truly believe the Bible and the example of Paul. He had Barnabas to mentor him, and he in turned mentored Timothy. He also had Silas as a companion, someone to come along side of him for a time. God has provided us with Barnabas', Timothys, and Silas'. Look at your own walk with Him and He will reveal who they are. Be blessed and be a blessing!
